US Supreme Court overturns death sentence verdict tainted by racism
Duane Buk's was arrested over 20 years ago for the brutal murder of two people- including his ex-girlfriend.
However, the US Supreme Court overturned Duane Buck's death sentence because of the racially biased statements presented by his own defense team.
