A Florida woman, who beamed a full smile in her mugshot after being arrested on a DUI crash that led to a fatality has lost the smile after manslaughter charges were added
.
Angenette Marie Welk was rearrested and charged following the death of Sandra Clarkston, a 60-year-old passenger in the Hyundai Elantra that was sent crashing into a tractor-trailer after being rear-ended by Welk on May 10.
Welk has been released on a 30,000 bond.
