High school student sentenced to two counts of rape

17-year-old Levi Stewart of Plainfield, Indiana was charged for two felony counts of rape for allegedly forcing female classmates from Plainfield Hight School into performing sexual activity by “threatening, intimidating and harassing” them.

An investigation was launched on Aug. 20, after the school’s administration received reports of another student wanting to fight Stewart because “he was tired of Levi putting these female students in fear, so they would be forced into a sexual relationship with him.” S​aid investigation led to Stewart arrest. Stewart is scheduled to enter a plea on November 14, with a jury trial pending to begin December 10.
