Heat wave headed to Europe

Meteorologist are warning major cities across Europe to expect temperatures that exceed 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit) while authorities stand ready to implement emergency plans that include extending public swimming pool hours and public cool rooms.
