The Princess of Wales arrived at the Royal Marsden Hospital in the emerald silk Flippy Wiggle shirtdress by Suzannah London — short sleeves, angled lapels, black buttons, a matching belt — a look she first wore to the Anna Freud Centre in 2023.

She finished the dress with Mappin & Webb white-gold diamond jewellery and Camilla Elphick black slingbacks. The hospital visit carries personal weight: the Royal Marsden is where she received cancer treatment before announcing remission in 2025.
